As a broader term, intellectual property (‘IP’) comprises trademarks (brand protection), patents (invention protection) copyright (original work protection, e.g. literary and artistic work), designs (product appearance protection), confidential information and know-how. She has worked as independent legal trademark manager providing full services of registration, protection and enforcement of trademarks for a number of trademark and design portfolios of Swiss and International companies active in various sectors.
 
Natascha has been a member of INTA – International Trademark Association (global association of trademark owners and professionals) – since 2005.

She has been responsible for more than 80 brands in more than 35 countries, and optimized & managed the multi brand global portfolio of a large beverage company, among others large scale projects.
